One of the various tools that can be used in Mental & Stress Coaching is the short-term coaching method “wingwave”. This is based on the latest findings of brain research and is already being successfully applied for emotional and performance coaching in various areas, such as everyday life, work, sports, art and health. The key element of this method is bilateral hemisphere stimulation respectively the achievement of “waking” REM (rapid eye movement) dream phases. It helps on one hand to deal with stressful thoughts and memories, inhibiting emotions or unpleasant feelings about future events, and on the other to solidify positive thoughts and feelings.
